I have experience of triathlon podium spots as well as competing in two Ironman competitions, several half Ironman events and represented Great Britain in the European Aquathlon Championships in Ibiza. I have also run several stand alone marathons, half marathons and 10k’s and achieved a Good For Age marathon time.
I originally started as a runner but found I also enjoyed swimming and cycling. I have combined the three in a love of Triathlon since 2008. I have raced in Sprint events right the way through to my first Ironman event in 2016. I completed my second Ironman after having my daughter in 2018.
My journey into coaching began after racing for Great Britain. I felt that I wanted to help others achieve their dreams. I have so much to give an athlete in terms of building up their physical performance in order to compete in multi sport events. I also believe in the importance of giving psychological and emotional support.
I have a family and work part time in order to balance out my passion and enthusiasm for coaching. I can help others achieve this balance too. I love setting goals for athletes and getting the best out of them. I see an athlete with a dream and find it exciting. I help them to see their potential.
My coaching philosophy
Work hard, believe in yourself and results will come.
