Coaching Philosophy

‘It’s not how fast you go but the volume you do that makes you a better runner’.

‘Anyone can set a hard session. The key to good coaching is getting the recovery right.’

‘Some coaches observe a little and say a lot. The best coaches observe a lot and say very little but what they say makes a big impact.’
