Grace's coaching philosophy is 'start slow and stay slow and improve at your own rate.'
She has been running for 40 years on the road and cross country, competing at a national level, enjoying marathon, trail and cross country.
Grace is a Level 2 England Athletics endurance coach and Lydiard level 2 trained.
Grace says: "I’ve been a club member all my running life. I now coach junior athletes aged 14-17. I teach them to firstly enjoy their athletics and compete when they feel ready to do so. I’m semi-retired but trying to put back all the fun and enjoyment I have had to young athletes."
