Coaching Interest: I love to help beginners start their movement journey and achieve things they didn’t think they could. I enjoy coaching groups or individuals to achieve whatever distance they what to aim for, from 5k to longer endurance running events. I believe that if you unlock a person’s belief, the rest will happen.
Accomplishments: To finish every race, be that open water or running, that I have started.
Area of Expertise & Speciality: Group training in intervals, road and off-road social running, marathon training for individuals and strength and conditioning training for runners. I have written my own RunFit0to5k 12week program which includes strength work as well as movement.
Experience as an Athlete: I started out 27 years ago as a competitive masters swimmer and have latterly competed in open water challenges. I started running in 2010 and have now completed over 25 marathons and Ultramarathons up to 50miles.
