Mark is a firm believer that there is no one size fits all approach to coaching individuals. He always works collaboratively to develop a plan that will suit his clients' goals, needs, ability and most importantly how much time they can commit to training. Runners always have ownership of their plan and as a coach, it is Mark's job to provide the support you need.
Mark has been involved in athletics for over 40 years and has worked with and learned from some great coaches over this time. I am very keen to work with individuals either online or face to face and currently have athletes from 17 yrs upwards enjoying events from 5k to the marathon. We also run a local beginner's group building up to complete a 5k.
