Helping people manage their physical and mental wellbeing, including aspects such as healthy weight. Achieving this in part, through consistent running and/or cycling.

  • Experienced cyclocross rider: league and Three Peaks Cyclocross Race
  • Experienced club road cyclist, commuter and tourer
  • Several years north-west triathlon racing, including top 10 placings
  • Being fit enough to enjoy fast mountain travel
